QueensBucket purchases the cereals from contracted farmers and the National Agricultural Cooperatives Federation.Those purchased materials are kept in refrigeration to sustain the quality.
Conventionally the cereal is roasted by higher heat, over 270 Celsius. This roasting often occur harmful ingredient such as benzopyrene.
QueensBucket roasts the grains by lower heat with far infrared ray so that the benzopyrene is not occurred. This new roasting keeps the natural flavor without loosing the nutrition.

This expeller strictly following less than 70 Celsius cold pressing method, unlike conventional pressing over 200 Celsius. The result is the beautiful golden color oil which adds pure natural scent and flavour.
As the final process, the expelled oil needs filtering. The filter made of pure natural materials is certified to use for foods in EU. The filter is currently used for pharmaceutical sector as well. The filtering enables to leach out harmful ingredients efficiently but helpful minerals and other elements are remained in the oil.
